Barracks Row Community Walk and Talk

It’s so obvious how he’s spitting thru gritted teeth whenever he has to acknowledge rampant crime.
Charles Allen is infuriating. I want a mea culpa from him and an explicit promise to work on crime.
I called his Office about a child who was home with their mom and raped during a home invasion. Actions that don't evoke cries for early release consideration for the perpetrator in a normal person.

In all fairness to this kid, I suspect if he hadn't answered the suspect would have tried to break in anyway because he would have thought no one was there.

Yes, this is terrifying.
And I'm not victim blaming - this is terrible, and this child did nothing wrong.
But if you're hoping to avoid this situation - my mom always taught me to say "my mom's in the shower" when I was home alone (if someone called, etc). So I recommend that.
