Np and 1) it’s true there were always fire alarms and bomb threats in the 80s and 90s. It felt constant. 2) You sound really stupid trying to make this about class and status.

MCPS and the BOE do not want MCPD in our schools. Voters in Montgomery County do not want police in schools. We have made our voices heard loud in clear.

I suggest you subscribe to the MoCo show on twitter, Facebook or instagram because they break news faster than what MCPS puts out. They are on top of it.

I hope they catch them soon too because that is so disruptive and in today’s environment you don’t know if it’s fake. In the 90s when I went to school you’re pretty sure it was fake. It’s very stressful now because especially with everything going on in the world that could be real.

In the 90s, it was bomb threats. My middle school had them every couple weeks for months. People freaked out after Columbine and that mostly put an end to it, but I'm not surprised it's back.
