- I'm trying the sheet pan Greek chicken recipe that someone posted on the chicken thigh recipe thread (adding asparagus and serving with pita and tzatziki dip).
- Also going to roast a pork tenderloin and serve with cheesy gnocchi and broccoli
- Frozen pizzas from Traders and a greek salad (with the leftover feta, red onion, and olives from the sheet pan recipe)
- Linguine with tomatoes and onions (it is cooked in veggie broth) and roasted asparagus spears
- 15-bean soup, salad, and butter swim biscuits (which someone also posted earlier -- I'm using 4 Tbsp butter and less salt/sugar edits)

Pork chops w cinnamon apples and sweet potato fries

Some sort of stuffed squash and Brussel sprouts

Mediterranean quinoa salad

- Turkish meatballs one a salad with a lime tahini dressing

--DH is on keto, so I'll grill some steaks and lamb chops.

That should do it.

Taco casserole, jambalaya, and burgers on the grill before it gets too cold. That's all I know of right now.
