Did you try to appeal the original decision over the summer? That's usually the process.
I would if I had the ADHD results back then, unfortunately these took some time to be communicated to us by the health provider.

The IAAT percentile is the screener so shouldn't be more relevant than the actual SOL.

So is the IAAT just a screener but not a requirement?

She is currently getting a bit bored in class and she really wants to go to Alg1 herself, its not me pushing her.
