Subject: NOVA: which is better? Golds or 24 hour fitness?
If you care about being able to workout at gyms in different areas then golds is better as 24 hr only has 2 locations

Which Golds location would you go to? The new one in Baileys looks incredible. The one in Merrifield is much older and not a great layout for the weight room.
I’ve been at 24 since they opened and love it. Went to golds Merrifield during covid when they opened before 24 hr. it was fine but I was very happy when 24 opened back up.
