There are a lot of apartments that feed into McLean HS. That’s how PP found those two so quickly.
Maybe you’re confusing McLean with Langley. Langley doesn’t have apartments.

Look for rentals zoned for Marshall. We too did not want our kids going to McLean for the same reason.

I know good schools is subjective. My child has an IEP and I need a school that will treat her well and ideally will also challenge her academically. Where could we rent for that budget?
