Caffeine is a diuretic, so it’s going to make you pee. I have a pre-workout powder that I mix with water that I prefer over coffee because it’s gentler on my stomach. I like Alani Nu but there are others. If you don’t care about an intense taste and you aren’t specifically trying to hydrate, you can use less water when mixing it.

This! Any drink with caffeine will make you pee. The higher the caffeine volume the more you pee.

Don’t have this specific issue but I’m guessing the peeing is because of the volume of your coffee drinks. Maybe try a double shot of espresso, which should be quite strong but small in volume.

I am in a bind. I get woeful headaches without a lot of caffeine. But it also makes me run to the bathroom constantly. Any good options for high caffeine, low-pee drinks?
