OP-Amazon has tons of workbooks that work on reading comprehension by grade. You can do a page a day with your child.

I'm curious about this too. There's IXL that you can access as a parent for a low monthly rate but it doesn't provide instruction. Khan academy provides some instruction but not sure how good. There are books you can buy but an online program would be nice.

More reading and talking about what you read would be great, but would be good to have ideas from somewhere about how to prompt child. Also would love to hear ideas of good books for this age.
