I think it sounds great. You don't need rice - most middle aged women wouldn't touch it (carbs).

I would add a rice dish.

It's missing something. Maybe a rice pilaf as another side?

I am a middle aged woman who has friend get togethers and to me this sounds perfect. Don’t skip the chicken for more dips and don’t worry about making it more filling. If you were looking to add I’d do another dip or vegetable side (in my best Ina Garten voice - store bought is fine).

I realize it’s not dinner, but in my crowd, the ladies tend to skip dinner and arrive hungry. Your menu is basically chicken and salad. I think you need more filling food.

This. Like maybe a baba ghanoush and a red pepper dip.

It sounds delicious. You could add some of the Greek beans in sauce and dolma from TJ’s as well.

This is for a casual get-together of half a dozen middle-aged women. It's not a dinner party, but there is always food served (sometimes cheese/apps, sometimes something heavier but not a full sit-down meal). My plan is a spread with:
-chicken, seasoned greek-style and cut up
-olives
-hummus
-feta crumbles
-pita bread
-cucumber/tomato salad w/ a homemade greek dressing
-some sort of dessert nibbles (chocolates or something simple)
I might add spanikopita (the frozen one from TJ's).
