It’s a half packet of ham. If you don’t really like it, just toss it. Life is too short to eat food you don’t enjoy, if you can afford it.

If you cut it into strips and brown it in a pan, it tastes like bacon lite. Serve with eggs and toast.

I often hide it from my toddlers (opposed to meat) by adding it shredded to omelettes. Quiche Lorraine is also good.

DC returned to college and I have half a packet of deli ham left. I don’t really eat ham but if I could “hide” it in a food or at least make it not the primary as in ham sandwich, I think I could eat it. Looking for ideas - thanks.
