Are they the same test?

From looking at the reports from 1st and 2nd grade it looks to me like the scoring resets for each grade level. Your second grader appears to have been above the benchmark in the spring and same in the fall, so it's not a real drop.

It was likely just administered differently. Unfortunately, the people doing this aren't consistent or even highly trained. Most teachers also have to do this for nearly 30 kids on a quick turnaround, so it tends to not be all that accurate.

She does not have NWF (CLS &WRC) & WRF scores because she is already mastered (did not take measure). She has 5 scores, which are ORF-Accu for 100, ORF for 108, MAZE (Constructing meaning from text) for 14, & language comprehension (OL) for 21. And, one more score of Rapid automatized naming for 25. I don't see OL & RAN from the link.

I just want to make sure that she is not falling behind. I know it is normal to have a drop after summer, but that is a BIG drop. She does not have reading habit, well, she does not like reading at all.

ORF is 108, good or bad?

If they were in a non-phonics based reading program it could be they never really learned to read and just learned how to guess words based on context. Happened to my niece and is common with the terrible caulking’s or f&p reading curriculum. If so you’d need an orton gillingham tutor.

I have an older kid who was not tested with Dibels, but we saw some huge swings in MAP scores over hte years. Sometimes, kids have off days. I would talk to the teacher to understand their perspective, but in general I wouldn't put too much on one test score. See what the trend is after winter testing.
