But I recruit and I can guarantee that most of those applications are junk - people with a paralegal degree apply for JD-only positions; ad says 8-10 years experience is required and they have 0. Don’t let that number stress you out bc it’s meaningless.
This is very true! I recently hired someone and 90 percent of applicants weren’t minimally qualified for the role. As in, the job was for an editor and we were getting applications from people who’d only ever worked retail jobs.
