pricey but Patagonia is nice; some are a thicker blend that may not dry immediately but actually are a good quality and absorb sweat.

Merino wool type stuff works well for sweat wicking, but expensive. I got some Icebreaker panties for a gift last year and that's the kind that I'd suggest.

Underwear that is 100% nylon (with our w/o a cotton gusset) is the solution I have found. NOT rayon or polyester. Cotton is better than rayon or polyester but not great. Nylon is the best. Not the satiny nylon panties of yesteryear, but something like these:
