Initially I lost because I was not eating restaurant food.
Then I broke my foot and gained a ton because I was able to just be totally sedentary since I was working from home.

Yes, I gained some weight. Too much alcohol and making elaborate meals like homemade pasta to pass the time.
Lost it by cutting down portions and eating lighter meals.

Sure did! I was super depressed and stressed after I lost a close family member. Had to continue working and parenting my 1 and 3 year old. Have since lost it via Mounjaro.

I did but it was because it coincided with menopause and thyroid issues and gallbladder removal. I was technically more mobile and active during that period.

Yes, 50 lbs in 2020, and I was overweight to begin with. Still carrying it.
