If you buy a septa key card (5$ And if u register online within 30 days, you get the 5 dollara back in trip credit) you can ride the philly phlash (sort of like DC connector bus that takes you around from penn’s landing to the art museum on a loop).
Buying a key card, you have to do it at a manned station so like, regional rail stations (30th st where amtrak stops, suburban (comcast center) jefferson (reading terminal market) and the stops in suburbs in the morning)

Do they make you pay or are they like in DC what are somewhat free? Don't know If I should buy the smart trip for Philly
