I am 50 and have put on 10lbs over the past 2 years. Eating less, exercising more, lots of weightlifting but couldn’t shift it. Had blood work done this week and turns out I have Hashimotos. Doctor thinks I will lose the weight once I start taking it.
Just a recommendation for those of you with weight gain at menopause. Don’t just blame it on ageing. It could be something seriously wrong.
