I make apple crumple. I toss the apples in 1 tbs sugar. The crumble topping is 8 tbs butter, 2 c oatmeal, 1/3 c sugar, 1/4 c almond flour, 1/4 c flour (I use buckwheat so it's gluten free), dash salt, cinnamon to taste; I think you could cut back the sugar in the topping.
