very similar. I'm like barely 5'.
I was 127lbs at my heaviest. I was eating and snacking quite a bit.
I changed my diet a bit and starting exercising more.
usually oatmeal for breakfast
smallish lunch -- not too fatty, but I do still eat frozen foods from Trader Joes
snack -- usually like popcorn, pita crackers, hummus
smallish dinner
Eat out once or twice a week. Occasionally have a small dessert.
It's about portion size.
I now weigh 115. I did get down to like 112, but I seem to have gained 3lbs back somehow.
