5 coaches in 6 years, seems like a club issue. It is tough to find qualified coaches but that is a high turnover.

If you’ve had 5 coaches in 6 years and some leave on their own and some are not asked back, then the reality is nothing is going to change until the root cause is addressed and in all likelihood the root cause behind this situation is that the experience your club is looking for in a coach doesn’t match up with what they are paying and asking them to do.

We’ve had 5 coaches in 6 years. Some left on their own. Some not asked to come crack.
What qualities should a coach have? What should the team be looking for in a coach? I am not the one hiring or interviewing but curious what others look for because obviously, we are not looking for the right things. Or hiring for the wrong reasons.
