NP. I hadn't been here even though I got to Mosaic all the time. Looked it up and it looks amazing -- I rarely drink, but I want one of those gorgeous cocktails.

High end.. the closest you will get is Shoto in DC but I wouldn’t bill it as a steakhouse- however, if you don’t need it to be high end, Gyu Kaku in Arlington always hits the spot.

Not exactly a steakhouse, but Shoto is high end and has what I think you're looking for in terms of menu items.

DC does not have what I think you are looking for. Try a high end sushi spot that has beef.
