WF definitely used to have the best ones. Trader Joe’s has mini ones that are ok. Giant sells the Goodman brand and Harris Teeter has them in the freezer section. Harris Teeter has the best tasting cake but all three have very sweet frosting.

RIP Whole Foods house brand cupcakes. I’ve never found anything as good.
