Started at 1 minute and am now easily at the full 2 minutes while I brush, then stand to spit, and then a second 1-minute wall sit while I swish with fluoride. I can tell my legs are stronger just from this little daily addition. It also helps wake me up on these dark mornings!
Anyone else have little things they’ve added to their day that feel good and have made you a bit stronger?
