I’ve gotten them from Target and Old Navy - and they’re a fraction of the cost and for that age - and warm and cute. The great thing about fake uggs too is since they’re so inexpensive you can get multiple pairs in multiple colors.
Really non-responsive to OP's question, but I agree. My elementary school kid destroys her Uggs, and I can imagine a toddler would trash them in a week. I see toddler size Bearpaw or other real leather and fur boots at Marshalls and TJ Maxx all of the time, but unfortunately my kid is brand specific already and wants the real deal. (Though wears them for two winters nonstop, so better value than a toddler that will outgrow them quickly.)
For my big kid, they seem to run true to size, but the way they fit you can size up more than in other shoes. My Uggs are a size too large and I've never noticed them feeling too big.
