PP here. There are literally zero parking or overflow issues related to St John's FWIW. They have a huge parking lot in the back. Even during drop off and pick up times the congestion is contained on the church property... and no my kids don't go there, we just live one street north of the church and school

NP. I live close to this house - drive by it many times a week. The street directly in front of the house is busy, but the real noise is likely to come from Old Dominion where cars and trucks are traveling by at higher speeds. W

Ironically, there is a small enclave of 8 or 9 new $3-4M homes built right where the top of Linway meets with Old Dominion, and I've walked our dog through there a few times and wondered how someone paying that much for their home could stomach the noise coming from Old Dominion.

Different strokes I guess. I do really like the built in porch on this home, but not much else.

Where are the third and fourth bedrooms? Looks like the master and home gym are on the ground level, and the bedroom/office is on the main level. But why no pictures of the other two bedrooms? I think it's a good use of a small space, but assume the bedrooms are really tight and the master is in the bedroom because the actual bedrooms are too small for a family.
