I use a dredge of a little flour, and a shake of garlic, onion powder, paprika, thyme and lots of salt. Pan fry in butter or olive oil. It's really fast and no chopping.

I love shake and bake. Haven’t had it in a while. I need to get a box!

It’s hard to find now. We buy a few boxes each year when I spot them.

Apple butter is really good on pork chops! No chopping required .

Or a compound butter with garlic and herbs - add a Tb to the top of the pork chop after cooking and let the flavored butter melt into the meat.

Caramelized onions with balsamic vinegar reduction. A little sweet and tart with the fatty pork, divine.

I love this thanks!
I think most any day I have this all on hands. Just apples, and stuff in the spice cabinet. Plus I can use whatever little leftover baking nuts are in my freezer.

And chopping only 1-2 ingredients - whereas the red pepper relish I saw had me chopping a handful of things.

Do you use something super super quick (storebought) to top on pork chops?

I saw a recipe with a red bell pepper and almond relish.

For ease, I’d like to see if you all suggest something even easier than that. (If it were a tex mex style meal, maybe I’d use storebought pico?)

Other ideas?
