It sort of refreshes the listing so it comes up as an alert. I'm seeing a lot of ridiculous "price cuts"....$1K here, $2K there.

A house we had our eye on had a $50 price reduction. You read that right not $5000.00 or even $500.00 just a mere $50.00 I don't know how and why realtors allow such nonsense without talking to their clients a bit but this kind of bs is a huge turn off. You know they're not serious especially trying to get more than their investment back on a very quick flip.
