Subject: VW Dealer recommendations
Ourisman VW Rockville is HORRIBLE, at least on the sales side. Lots of sneaky add-ons (like $500 for nitrogen or whatever that was in the tires) plus dealer markups they’ll deny over the phone but which are massive when you get there. So I wouldn’t go there for service, either, and then Yelp reviews for service are similarly horrific.
Depending on where you live, Ourisman VW Bethesda or Laurel have done a decent job servicing my car.

Subject: VW Dealer recommendations
Bought a new VW out of state and looking for local Maryland VW shop for service.
Recommendation needed for general service within the window of free service (I have a mechanic for after that window).
Recommendation also needed for repairs from a deer strike (in case the VW recommendation would be different for body work and I am willing to drive further for repairs from this particular one-time incident).
