Give yourself a treat day, and get back on the wagon tomorrow. Honestly. It’ll be ok. Just be mindful of the fact that it’s a planned break, not a failure. If you have been taking planned breaks and are still feeling this way, maybe you need to plan to slow down with your weight loss a little bit for a while (not permanently) — eat a little bit more than you have, like planning an extra snack like the pp above mentioned (yogurt and fruit, or a chocolate covered banana before bed, or a bowl of popcorn). Adjust your goal to maintain for a week and see if you’re feeling less stressed. Stress makes you fat.
