I think that's one of my favorite movies, ever.

Which of these two is one of your favorites?

I HATED the book, and the movie looks even worse. Although the bar scene did look exactly how I imagined it in my head,

The guy has like three facial expressions and always seems to just be playing himself.

No one (except those who were at the Cannes Film Festival) has seen it, so why would you ask about it? Wait until it comes out and read a few reviews. Jeez...

Leo is a great actor, and Titanic was perhaps his only bad movie. But it appeals to a lot of romantic people, who just see cute young actors in a sad love story.

You seem to have it all backwards, OP. Maybe you're shallow and not very intellectual.

Basically the only reason The Basketball Diaries made such a splash was DiCaprio's unbelievably good acting.

+1 except for titanic where he’s awful. He’s great in wolf of Wall Street and catch me if you can. He’s also good in aviator and inception.

Cast looks good to me. Lily Gladstone is great and I'm always glad to see Jesse Plemons. DiCaprio being kind of a weirdo fits this part well.

Just saw the trailer today when DH and I went to see "Dumb Money" (it was good). But this "Killers of the Flower Moon" movie is all miscast. Leonardo DiCaprio never could actually act, but once upon a time his youth and his looks made up for his lack of actual talent. I cringed at him hard in this trailer. I like Robert De Niro, and the story itself seems interesting.

Am I the only one who found it weird to see Leo DiCaprio kiss an actual adult woman?
