If you both have iPhones, check to see if you two ever activated the family “find my” location tracking feature.
If he has an iPhone as well as other apple products, and you know his password, check those apple products — he may have activated the “find my” feature at some point for his devices, which means you’ll be able to see where his iPhone last pinged from,
