Paint brick and wooden paneling white. Change all doors - wooden one to a nice finished wood and screen doors to French doors or something more attractive.

Is it comfortable temperature wise year round? It's hard to know as the walls don't look super thick but maybe the weather is decent where you are?
What spaces do you have in your house already and where do you find yourself wishing you had more?

Subject: What should I do with our breezeway?
If it were me, I would start with a rug with 6” to the wall all around, maybe sisal or indoor/outdoor faux sisal.
I would also do curtains for the windows with bamboo roman shades behind and roman shades for the doors in the same fabric as the curtains I think. Or the same woven shades as the window, I’d have to think. But we’re making a more indoor, furnished vibe and the fabric will go a long way.
I would find a console table for the back brick wall. You might have to shift or replace the table to make that fit but it will be important to draw the eye and it needs a big lamp and a mirror or piece of art for the wall. Then you need at least one more lamp somewhere else.
Getting into more involved stuff:
I’d probably paint the brick and paneling.
I might paint or stain the floor. But with the big rug it might not be worth the work.
If you can, replacing the doors would help. They look flimsy. But the roman shades would help some too.
If you ever replace the paneling, take the opportunity to add wiring for sconces.

Subject: What should I do with our breezeway?
We have this breezeway that connects our house and our garage. I work from home and like to work out here and have coffee or a glass of wine out here, but it's largely been neglected since we bought our house a few years ago. I feel like it has so much potential, but not sure how. What can I do to improve this space? We have a big patio right out the door on the left side and then out the door on the right side is the sidewalk/driveway.
The floor is just (stained) concrete- should I look into epoxy? Would a pull up "garage" party door or accordion door to make it more indoor/outdoor and open to our patio be a huge undertaking?
The brick wall in the picture is the garage wall and the wall that I'm standing against is matching brick from the house. The opposite two walls are ugly paneling. Ceiling is (outdated) bead board.
