Ceiling and trim is fine. It’s currently a light gray and my ideal color is a dark green. So definitely a different color.

Also is it the same color or darker or lighter? Painting just the walls, no trim, no doors, in a similar color should be inexpensive. But if you have contrasting colors on walls and trim and want the trim and doors and windows done and then the ceiling it will add up.
