Op here. Thanks for the feedback! I think I’m going to give them a try. My everyday shoes just seem a bit too orthopedic, and I’m not ready to feel like I’ve given up hope for my feet

We've worn Vivobarefoot only for years.

Fwiw, I have fallen arches (also hyper mobility and muscle weakness+peripheral neuropathy) and the barefoot shoes haven't helped at all, unfortunately.

I only wear barefoot shoes.

I like Groundies, Feelgrounds and Xero.

I wear barefoot Merrells 24/7. I wear them walking, biking, playing tennis, grocery shopping, etc. Have been wearing them for 10+ years. When I have tried cushioned shoes, my knees start to hurt.

(I should add - I can't typically wear shoes like Converse or any other close-to-barefoot mainstream shoe because I have wide feet.)

I have occasional PF issues and have read that strengthening the feet can be beneficial vs always wearing supportive and big-soled shoes, which got me thinking...

I've worn barefoot shoes while lifting, on & off, for years. I just saw that Vivo Barefoot has some flats that aren't bad looking. Has anyone transitioned from just wearing them in the gym to wearing them around town? Not many miles of walking, but short walking errands ~ 1 - 2 miles perhaps?
