Considering oatmeal monster cookies as well, for my neighbor who just had a baby and is apparently having nursing trouble. I lived on those at that stage.

My weekly breakfast quiche, which is spinach, sundried tomatoes, roasted garlic, Italian herbs & pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese.
A curry, probably chicken but maybe shrimp - have to make a run to the market for protein. This is a recipe I made up myself after years of following various Indian recipes online. I use lots of onion, garlic and sweet peppers and the spice is a blend of curry powder and garam masala and more cumin and cayenne and arbol chilis and curry leaves - the flavor is amazing and very warm, good for the BP.
I have come to love food prep day weather overcast like today or even looking out my kitchen window on a sunny yard. The older I get the more I love cooking especially this last year as I have been transforming my diet with a focus on phytonutrients and superfoods and more plant based than ever.
