Small quantities is what helped me. And I ate and eat TONS of protein - that's what keeps you feeling full/satisfied. Lucky I guess, no side effects

Eggs, cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt
In moderate quantities, these are decent foods.

I haven't had any nausea. I eat regular foods, just normal, healthy quantities and not at fast speed. I don't like fried, oily foods anyhow and they seem even less appealing on wegovy.
Right now I am eating (for breakfast) a bowl of oatmeal with protein, walmart brand, it's 200 calories. Also my cup of coffee and will have some orange juice.
I do take 2 probiotic fiber gummies a day and I have not had any constipation issues. I have had really minimal side effects from wegovy and have been losing about 2 lbs a week.

I didn't have nausea to start but anything oily or fried gives me nausea now.
My program had me do two weeks without sugar or refined grains and that was helpful for making sure I ate well when not hungry.

I just ate less. I actually focused on eating protein to make sure I was getting enough with the limited calories I was eating.
But I really didn’t have side effects like nausea. Sounds like it’s hitting you harder.

With nausea being a big side effect and slow gastric emptying, what has helped you manage symptoms? I've heard less protein helps with nausea, what about fiber? Anything that helped starting out?
