I also use it in lasagna because my mom did. It is the best way ever to hide cottage cheese. You can Google some desserts to hide it in too. I only eat it to stay thin.

Yes! I don’t like cottage cheese but I like it in lasagna. It doesn’t taste like ricotta, but the little bit of tart is good with sweet tomato sauce.

Scoop it and top with oil+packed sardines, chopped tomatoes, capers, and a bit of olive oil.

I've been using it in place of buttermilk in my waffle recipes.
Blend with hot sauce, add diced chicken and chopped onion/celery for a buffalo chicken salad.

Not exactly a recipe, but I take a scoop of cottage cheese, add some cooked chicken, sprinkle cheese and bacon. A filling and easy girl dinner.
