Since no one has answered yet:
- Find your favorite biscuit recipe. Add vanilla, sugar, and maybe a bit of butter in place of some of the shortening.
- Cut fresh strawberries in pieces. Sprinkle with a bit of sugar, and let them sit for a few minutes
- Beat or buy the whipped cream of your choice.
-Assemble to your liking.
If you prefer cake style strawberry short cake to biscuit style, the strawberry cake at Whole Foods is pretty good.
If you’re looking for sublime, see if Charleston restaurant in Baltimore has it on their menu. You might have to wait until next Spring /Summer.
