For MAP-R, ask them to read lots of books. Having good vocabulary and knowing the origin of the words helps in the getting higher score on MAP.
I don't think there is any practice test that you can find to prepare the kids for MAP.

MAP is an adaptive test to survey broadly where kids are at. The only “prep” is to read widely and do more math.
