If you see it on women like Nicole Kidman and Sandra Bullock, both very beautiful women with access to the best possible care and services, then maybe it's a sign that you should simply NOT do that, accept some of the lines around your mouth and even a slight downturn, in exchange for not looking like that. It's fairly self-evident.
So what? Maybe they like that lip look. There's no normative view on beauty. I personally find lip wrinkles much uglier than lip filler.

The other pictures of her online show a woman who is clearly not young so I am not sure what is going on here. Maybe she has had more work done. I don’t like whatever the surgeon did with her eyes. She is not quite as stretched out as Lauren Sanchez but that is not saying much.
I know for myself I wouldn’t want to age this way. I don’t want to look like someone who is trying so hard to look like a sex kitten. It just seems exhausting and sad.
