SAS (stands for “statistical analysis software”) in Cary, NC not only has on-site child care, but also an on-site public elementary school (they did some deal with the town school system), or so I have been told by colleagues down in RTP. Employees can even eat lunch with their kids at child care or the school if they wish.
SAS reportedly has great benefits, but their salaries are merely ok. SAS salaries are not the very very highest salaries available in that area for equal skills.

Tyson Foods’ nearly $5 million investment in team member child care marks a monumental milestone for the company. Not only is the TLC the first Tyson-sponsored on-site child care facility, but this investment also comes when child care costs continue to rise across the country.
Operated and managed by KinderCare, the TLC will support more than 100 children, 5 years of age and younger, and employ a staff of 20.
