Probably but it would be great if he didn't and she takes him to the cleaners. That would serve him right for being a big and marrying someone so much younger.

I don’t know who he’s marrying, but those guys are basically businesses, right? I think they would need a prenup to do the bare minimum of responsible stewardship for the sake of their employees/team. Hopefully a reasonable/generous prenup but you probably need something.
