If its a mac and cheese blend, its meant to be melted and should be a great sub IMO.

I've done cheddar pizza. Cheddar asiago Gouda plus pepperoni will be far more salty than mozzarella so you might want to add something like green peppers or broccoli (sounds weird, but delicious) or have a relatively plain side salad.

I made pizza with cheddar once (after I dropped my first pizza on the floor getting it out of the oven). All I had left was cheddar to remake and it was actually decent.

It would to me. I love pizza, but I'm only so-so on mozzarella. So I'll take an "upgrade" to a better cheese.

I thought I had mozzarella but I don’t. I have a “Mac and Cheese Blend” that’s sharp cheddar, Gouda, Asiago. Will this taste alright on the pepperoni pizza I promised my tweens tonight?
