I like it from time to time but find that the sugar causes my joints to ache so it's off the list for now.

OP here thanks. I drink coffee, water, wine and beer.

I’m curious about making my own to save money and cut down on sugar.

Thanks!

Please share how you make your own! I drink it and really, it’s too expensive.

Make sure you are choosing a low sugar variety since some have as much sugar as a Coke! I really like kombucha but I don’t drink it daily anymore because it is expensive and I found some other ways to incorporate probiotics.

I don’t think it is as healthy as it is marketed to be, but I think it can be an enjoyable part of a healthy diet overall.

It's better for you than soda, and being hydrated is better than not. I don't think it's actively staving off the illnesses you feel coming on, but if you do than drink up!

I drink kombucha nearly daily mid-morning before my first meal. I don’t eat dairy, so it’s a way to ingest probiotics etc.

In my head, it helps me stay healthy. A few times I was getting a cold and I drank and believe it helped me stave off getting sick.

Thoughts on whether it actually can help a person remain healthy?
