There is not, and has never been, a lottery for the selective high school programs (RMIB, Blair SMCS, Blair CAP, Regional IB programs, Wheaton BioMed, Wheaton Engineering, Poolesville, etc.)

That's what they say publicly, but at the CO they've been using a dart board and dice to make these selections for years.
