Lots of swimmers go here. We've been happy with it but it's where our club does dryland so I have no comparison.

If you want one-on-one training, I recommend Tom Gately. I've had one teen daughter and one teen son lift with him over the last 5+ years. He used to provide training to NCAP and ASA at Bethesda Sport and Health, but now does primarily, if not exclusively private sessions. He's worked with some of the best swimmers in the area and he's very focused on injury prevention along with strength training. He now does sessions at The Training Ground in downtown Bethesda. Contact them and I bet they can connect you. https://traininggroundpt.com/

My swimmer goes here but I don't think cheaper than Healthy Baller, but we love it:
Unless you can get into a group, it will be expensive. Just reality. I second asking your daughter's coach or other parents at your club. Maybe there are others who would be interested in forming a group with you. One to one training is not cheap because you are paying not only for the actual trainer but the rental of the facility since most don't have their own place.

There is personal or small group training specifically for swimmers.
Yes, we heard of them. Thanks. Trying to find alternatives, they charge a lot.

Healthy Baller is overrated- we use a one-on-one trainer who works with swimmers. Ask your coach or teammates
