I have heard it is not allowed at our FCPS high school. However I have heard that they have allowed the very talented girls who ran cross country to participate in track meets- even if they were playing a different spring sport. But I think it is only for truly exceptional athletes who have a known performance ability in running

Question for virginia public school. A Mom told me her daughter was allowed to play soccer and run outdoor track last year. Both spring sports. Is this allowed? I thought athletes were only allowed one sport a season? My daughter was not even allowed to go to the green days until her previous season ended. My daughter would also like to play soccer and run track in the same season.
