I have hypothyroidism and hashimotos and I’m on an SSRI so it’s hard for me to lose weight. I also have huge hormonal weight shifts like 6-8 lbs from water weight during my period. I haven’t been 115 since my 20’s. I’m also in my 40’s so that would be pretty unrealistic for me. I’m hoping to get to around 125-130. I’d be thrilled with 127ish.
Why only 2-3 lbs? Do I need to do keto or something along those lines?
