That’s true almost anywhere. Thanks to the traditional media, social media, and forums like DCUM, crime gets sensationalized, hyperbolized, and blown out of proportion.

Do they know who did it? MPD probably doesn't, but I bet the victims know exactly who shot them - and won't tell MPD. So, will anyone get arrested? Probably not.

Will this make news as a "mass shooting?" Probably not... because people just don't want to acknowledge a gang violence culture...
