Agree. I think I have more energy now, but that's because I finished degrees, started a career and had kids in my 20s. Mid 40s, kids are older teens, I have more time to focus on myself, career and activities. I've taken on more work, went back to the gym, volunteered for more organizations.
It also helped tremendously to give up wine (95% of the time, I'll still have one glass at a special dinner or party).
I plan on riding this renewed wave of energy as long as possible.
