I'm happy with 2. Going through another pregnancy/birth/newborn phase doesn't seem worth it to me and I don't think I would have the emotional bandwidth to take care of a third child (let alone time, since we both work somewhat demanding full time jobs). It would also be an extra financial cost that, while doable, would restrict the options we have to spend money in the way we want. It also just seems like more risk. I had a normal/healthy pregnancy and both kids are fine health-wise, so I'll take what I can get instead of risking something bad happening with a third child.
